Usually we only need to install Virtualbox such virtual machines on Windows to run the Mac OS X. I did some googling and found similar complaints with older versions of Ubuntu/OSX, but none of the suggestions in those worked, seeing if anyone has any updated advice. OS X El Capitan is indeed a great system developed by Apple so far, it can also be installed inside a Windows PC with some tricks.
